1. General information about using the online service

Welcome to the Guitar Well online service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The user is advised to familiarize himself with these terms of use (hereinafter "terms") carefully before using the service. These conditions apply to all user actions in the service, regardless of which terminal device the service is used on. The user is allowed to use the Service only in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at any given time and in accordance with applicable legislation and good practice. The service may also contain sections or functions (such as an online store), the use of which is subject to special conditions or instructions given separately in the service in addition to these conditions, and their use may require registration. Some content of the service may only be available to residents of certain geographic areas. The terms form an agreement between the user and Guitar Well, and define the rights and obligations of the user and Guitar Well regarding the service. Using the service is an indication that the user accepts the terms and conditions valid at any given time and undertakes to comply with them as well as the terms and instructions given separately in the service.

3. Processing of personal data

Guitar Well processes the user's personal data obtained through the service in a manner permitted and required by the applicable personal data legislation at any given time. The Service and its content are provided "as is". Kitara has the right to move to Wellmaa at any time or to change the service or it without prior notice or liability for compensation. Guitarwell therefore has the right to e.g. change the faces or products or prices depicted in the service, add and remove parts of the service and change free parts of the service to paid parts or vice versa. Vallila also has the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time, according to which the provision of any part in its entirety constitutes restrictive use or the use of parts thereof. If the user has violated these terms, conditions or instructions given separately in the service or laws or good customs, Guitar Well has the right to use the service and prohibit further use.

5.3 Registration

7. Intellectual property rights

The Service and its content, such as texts, images, product information, trademarks and logos, are the property of Guitar Well or its partners, protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property rights and registrations. All intellectual property rights related to the service and content (such as copyright, registered and unregistered trademark and design rights, domain names, patents, database rights and trade secrets) and the goodwill arising from their use belong to Guitar Well or its partners. Guitar Well does not grant the user direct or indirect rights to intellectual property rights.

8. Limitations of liability

Guitar Well strives to keep the service available to the user continuously and without interruption. However, Guitar Well does not guarantee that the service will be available to the user without interruption, on time or without errors. The service and its content are provided to the user "as is". Guitar Well is not responsible for the correctness, reliability, errors, omissions, inaccuracies or other deficiencies of the information or content transmitted in the service. Guitar Well cannot guarantee the security of the service, its content or the information transmitted through the service, and is not responsible for the fact that electronic bulletins sent through the service do not contain viruses or other harmful components. Guitar Well is also not responsible for any information or content that the user has sent or received through the service or that has not been sent or received. The Service may not be available in all countries and may only be available in certain languages. The service, its operation or some features may depend on the compatibility of the devices used, network connections and content formats. 9. Terms changes and notices

Guitar Well reserves the right to change these Terms at its discretion by notifying the user by email or through the service. Changes to the terms and conditions come into effect when they are announced. Using the service after the notification is considered a notification that the user accepts the changes made to the terms and conditions. Guitar Well may include advertisements in the service. Guitar Well can also send the user notifications about the service to the email address or phone number provided by the user. Notices are considered received seven (7) days after they have been sent or displayed by Guitar well. Continuing to use the service means that the user is considered to have received all notifications, regardless of the method of transmission.

10. Applicable legislation and dispute resolution

The use of the service and these terms and conditions are subject to Finnish law, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. The parties try to resolve differences primarily through negotiations. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the disagreements will be resolved in the district court in Finland. The consumer user can also take the dispute to the competent district court or consumer dispute board determined by his place of residence.
